Federation President David Tretter delivered these comments to the IBHE at its January 27 meeting in Springfield. A subsequent discussion among the Board members focused on the HSEGA program and why the independent colleges are nowhere to be found in the IBHE's budget proposal. After the discussion, the Board approved the IBHE budget proposal without any changes. |
