Founded in 1857, Lake Forest provides a secure residential campus of great beauty and enriches its curriculum with the vibrant resources of Chicago. The College is located thirty miles north of Chicago, the town of Lake Forest is perched on a bluff overlooking 321 mile long Lake Michigan. The second safest city in the country, Lake Forest is a suburban community. The College is a five minute walk from the beachfront, downtown, and the train station- which provides service into Chicago nearly every hour. The 107 acre campus is actually divided by nature into three connecting campuses, defined by wooded ravines and open expanses of lawn perfect for a weekend barbecue. This scenic campus has been host to several movies and casting calls.
